Order and delivery

How long does delivery take?

We ship with SameDay, and the package arrives within 24–48 hours. Orders placed by 2 PM on business days are dispatched on the same day.

From what amount is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over 300 lei.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online card payment, card payment upon delivery to EasyBox, and cash on delivery.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, according to GEO 34/2014. Unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. AMAVO is the official distributor of MODELO Cosmetics in Romania.

Are they tested on animals?

No. MODELO Cosmetics is cruelty-free; cosmetic testing on animals has been banned in the European Union since 2013.

How long can I use a product after opening?

The Period After Opening (PAO) varies by range, between 12 and 36 months, and is written on each package and in the product sheet.
