Shipping and payment

We deliver orders within Romania with SameDay: by courier to the address given in the order, or to an easybox / Sameday Point you choose after placing the order.

Cost and estimated time

• 20 lei for orders under 300 lei, for both delivery options;
• free shipping for orders of at least 300 lei;
• estimated time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, in bad weather, or in situations beyond our control.

Payment

The available payment methods are the ones shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier on delivery. No additional fee applies for cash on delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. After dispatch, the customer receives a confirmation and, where available, parcel tracking information at the e-mail address provided.
